Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Singapore Power full-time

Pros

Good staff benefit such as 18 days AL, 4 days family care leave. A place for retirement or if you decided to settle down and spend more time with your family.

Cons

Top heavy. No clear vision of the company's direction.

Advice to Management

Engage employees and listen.

Former Contractor - Constituency Support Officer

I worked at People's Association for less than a year

Pros

Helped each other out in times of need

Cons

But was only a temp so there were a lot of things i didn't know
