I have been working at Slalom full-time for more than 3 years
Serious about supporting people's balance, interests and priorities outside of work. Rapid growth means ever changing and emerging opportunities for team members. New businesses and capabilities... spinning up regularly.
fast growth and innovation leads to complexity and lack of communication among internal teams history of individual market's independence/autonomy makes it hard to scale and drive quality and... consistency in the employee experience everywhere. maybe tries to do to much at any given time. would benefit from having fewer, more cohesive strategic priorities.

The President & CEO is there at HQ always present, always willing to make time for anyone & everyone. He takes great pride in helping all of his employees be successful. This same approach... & attitude is shared by all the VP's, Director's & Manager's.
Regardless of department -Client services or Sales - When you start, It takes time (2-4 months) to become acclimated. You have to job shadow, take notes, be somewhat quiet and allow to be micro... managed before you can independently work.
Advice to Management
Continue to work on building positive continuity throughout the whole company. The pandemic has brought atmosphere change, which in my opinion has weakened our eternal communication with one... another from different departments.
