Fleet Cost & Care is a privately owned company where your opinion matters and you are able to and encouraged to make valued contributions to operational success soon after you begin. Senior level... management supports flexible structure to allow me to be able to focus on my strengths and create own campaigns and initiatives which was empowering. With that being said I still felt that I was being given quality direction which is important to me and helps me succeed and in turn hopefully the company too. A flexible work schedule and work at home policy as well as the overall benefits are very nice. The opportunity to travel for work can be fun and change up the day to day occasionally. Fleet Cost & Care's products are great as is their team. The fleet management industry we work in is also poised for considerable growth in the near future which is exciting.

Cons

Collaborating with colleagues can be difficult at times due to the remote work environment that we find ourselves in, however this has been improving.

Advice to Management

Hire and train quality personnel to support current and new customers. Focus on product and operational consistency through documentation.
