Current Employee - Director

I have been working at SoFi full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

SoFi has excellent benefits, and is an interesting and fun environment in which to work. The company is growing fast and that comes with growing pains and the occasional misstep, but that is to be... expected. Employees are expected to iterate, learn and innovate quickly. All things considered it is the best company I have worked for, that over a 30 year career across many industries.

Cons

There are no cons to report. If anything is not working well there is an expectation we take the initiative to fix it.

I have been working at Ripple full-time for more than a year

Pros

Very bright and senior coworkers, VERY collaborative office, such friendly staff, some truly amazing leadership! ICs are given trust from leadership to do what they were hired to do. PERIOD.

Cons

Product is new, company is young. Some hard work and late nights to get the work done, but it’s a startup, we are working towards something bigger then ourselves

Advice to Management

Keep it up! Honestly! Don’t change a thing, maybe more swag, I got one free sweater and a pair of socks, don’t hoard the swag! ;)
