-Getting to work on social strategy for Ogilvy's biggest clients gives you exposure to some of the most innovative work out there. -SocialLab is structured in a way that we do team building, happy... hour, all hands meetings like a start up. Yet, we have access to the many benefits Ogilvy offers. -Great people! Everyone I have worked with is so smart and driven that it makes going to work fun.
Cons
-It can be pretty draining if you have a difficult/overly demanding client - When campaigns are launching, the hours can be a bit rough. But, that is definitely the exception to the rule and not... the norm.
