I have been working at Softcat full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
lots and lots of pro's! everyone works really hard and feel you are a valued member of the team

nothing in particular. mostly get this info from the employee sat survey
I worked at Gravytrain full-time for more than a year
Pros
Management provide regular one to one's and always show interest in new ideas A very social and friendly atmosphere Good office location (when I was there although offices have moved) I received... training in various marketing and design channels Comfortable working conditions (big leather office chairs)
Cons
Not much space to relax and eat (although I believe they have now expanded office space)
Advice to Management
Keep the social events and midweek sporting events up - really enjoyed them
