Pros

Few places really focus on people starting from mapping out a roadmap, providing both individual and leadership development opportunities that elevate you beyond your own capabilities. The chance to... take ownership and accountability is dependent totally what you can take on and build up to. Great people to work with. Very collaborative environment.

Pros

Wonderful CEO and executive leadership who have made tons of really amazing changes over the past couple of years! Managers who care and are actively involved, Open PTO, great coworkers, work/life... balance, career opportunities, competitive pay, annual performance bonus, challenging problems to solve

Cons

There are still some processes and ways of working we are figuring out (but we do it together).
