Current Employee - Senior Marketing Manager

I have been working at Southern Wine & Spirits of America full-time

Pros

Good work life balance & great culture

Cons

None honestly, just time to move on

Current Employee - Regional Operations Manager

I have been working at Arizona Tile full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Family owned and managed for over 43 years. Personal goal fulfillment, they encourage and nurture independent thinking in a team environment. A company with integrity, honesty, energy who cares about... their internal customers (the employees) and the external customers.

Cons

The only down side? If you aren't personally driven and have a sense of humor you probably won't like it here.

Advice to Management

Keep the ball rolling, I'll help push it up hill.
