Pros

At a corporate level, they truly do whatever they can to care for their employees. Executive Leadership gives Employees lots of reason to come to work every day.

Cons

Depending on which department you work in, there can be a lot of tension between "performance" vs "what's realistic." Only employees with their boots on the ground can provide real-time feedback on... what's working and what's not. There tends to be a lot of value placed on simulated "perfect scenario" type plans.
