Featured Review

Current Employee - Communications Lead, Corporate Communications

I have been working at Southwest Airlines full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

It's cliche, but it really does feel like a Family at Southwest. We are a proud of our (now not so) little airline and what we stand for. I have had fantastic Leaders who care about me as a... person--not just my work. Our senior most Leaders think of Employees first with every decision they make. I feel fortunate every day to work for this Company.

Cons

Like any organization, keeping up with technology and tools to do our jobs in the most efficient way can be a challenge.

Current Employee - Product Manager

I have been working at RealPage full-time for more than a year

Pros

I made the journey out to Richardson after an acquisition, and it's turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. The facilities are amazing (Starbucks, cafeteria, gym, suites for traveling... employees), it will rival any campus in Silicon Valley. Being a newcomer to the company, the professional culture and welcoming atmosphere have been a great change of pace. Participating the Corporate Challenge was definitely one of the highlights of the year for me. I got a chance to meet with people from other departments that I wouldn't normally get a chance to interact with. Ultimately, it's the people that really make this a great company to work for.

Cons

If there was one gripe, I would say trying to find a permanent team/department after the acquisition took a little longer than expected.

Advice to Management

The company has been great about soliciting constructive feedback from their employees.
