Pros

Working from home is a great benefit especially if you live in a small town where there are not a lot of other job opportunites, flexible management if you need time off or change your schedule... especially for family needs, all the products aside from supplements are free, very positive energy, small raises every six months with positive evaluations, working for a company that helps people get healthy......

Cons

Would like to see more commission on sales opportunity to make more money (I think they are starting to offer this), more of clear path for growth and full time employment offers after specified time..., hiring from within, no health benefits.

Advice to Management

Hire / promote from within, more sales positions and commission opportunity, hire full time employees after set period of time.
