I worked at Sprint for less than a year
This was the best job I've ever had. Especially for a female IT professional. Lots of women engineers on my team, women IT architects, women interns. This was the best place for women IT engineers to... work in Kansas City, hands down. The work/life balance was great. Time off was never an issue, even for a contractor. The male co-workers treated me like an equal and even asked for my help and for "a second pair of eyes" during night maintenances. It was the best job I've ever had in my life.
Towards the end of the acquisition by T-Mobile, there wasn't enough work to do. Not really a complaint though.
