Training and support from leadership is first class and rivals any available in the industry.

Cons

Advancement opportunities bottle neck and moving up can take a long time depending on channel.

Pros

Excellent work environment and room to grow. Decent bonus plan and great leadership.

Cons

Jobs have a very low turnaround time and can be repetitive. Base salary is a little lackluster. But bonuses make up for most of this.
