Great team, great opportunity to add value and make a difference, lack of bureaucracy

Cons

Constant change of direction, not a lot of resources, lack of long term vision

Advice to Management

Sprint provided a wonderful opportunity to learn by doing, to make a difference each and every day, but did not stick with long-term strategic visions long enough to drive positive results
