Pros

The company has a great working environment, is growing rapidly, has solid leadership, and has an open mind to ideas and innovations from everyone.

Cons

The only con that I can really think of is the starting salary is a little lower than desired, but the rest of the benefits are pretty nice, so it kind of makes up for it.
