Former Employee - Director

I worked at Sprint full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

People, work environmnent, and the industry. All were great~

Cons

Financial Struggles and job uncertainty

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at National Technologies (NTI) full-time for less than a year

Pros

-Fast growing company with a lot of room for growth and development -Management cares about the employees and many of them came from the field -Company culture is fantastic with everyone very much... committed to the company vision and values -Great flagship customers -Recognized in the telecommunications industry as one of the best installers of fiber optic and data center infrastructure -Great training for new incoming technicians

Cons

-They move fast which at times leaves some behind -Company is going through some growing pains as they grow well beyond a small business into multiple geographies -Roles and responsibilities... aren't always defined or communicated

Advice to Management

The company is on a great trajectory and a culture of high-quality work and integrity. The growth is tremendous and something to be proud of. That said, the growing pains are evident. Continue to... put tools and systems in place that make the growth more repeatable and scalable. Make peoples roles and responsibilities clear. Lastly, continue to invest in training and retention.
