Current Intern - Anonymous Intern

I have been working at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center for more than a year

Pros

Absolute amazing workplace with many professional healthcare individuals

Cons

There is nothing negative about Dignity health

Former Employee - Records Department

I worked at St. Joseph's Hospital full-time for less than a year

Pros

This was a steady job with average pay and office hours did not have to work nights or weekends with only Christmas Day off

Cons

It has a very tight click and if you are not related to someone through family or marriage you will work your tail off with no chance of advancement

Advice to Management

Take a close look at your lower level departments just because some one has been there for years it does not mean they are actually doing the work (it is usually the newest employee actually working)
