Former Employee - Mechanical Designer

I worked at Reichdrill full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Lot of time off due to frequent layoffs and bankruptcies. Anything goes. Lots of overtime, hurry up and wait.

Cons

Lack planning and organization. Unrealistic expectation of production scheduling/delivery. Run, run away fast.

Advice to Management

Know your employees and their abilities. Institute good manufacturing processes and planning, put someone in charge who can deliver.
