Current Employee - Functional Service Team

I have been working at Stantec full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Every office has its own unique culture - you can get involved easily. Ability to positively impact communities. Lots of smart people to learn from.

Cons

Too administrative & technology need to be updated. Need more training programs.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at City of Edmonton part-time

Pros

Mill Woods had an amazing Aquatics Programmer, the head lifeguard is very welcoming. The work can be time consuming if you're not organized, but great staff to work with, and I really loved my work... family.

Cons

There is a chance you might have an overbearing Aquatics Programmer, but there are always more than one pool near a community.
