Former Employee - Hospitality Industry Professional

Pros

Flexible Work Schedule and earning 3% commission on top o a base pay ob$16 per hour really brought in nice paychecks. Also being paid weekly was a huge benefit to managing my expenses. Diverse... community of coworkers and agree with their service philosophy of Yes! We can! Really able to focus on customer care and personalized service

Cons

Everytime I have worked for Macys and I have been at three different locations being short staffed was generally an issue but it gave me more opportunities for promotion so not really a con just an... observation
