"Great Internship"Jan 15, 2020

Current Intern - Intern

I have been working at Starcom Worldwide for less than a year

Pros

A lot of opportunities and they treat you like you are a member of the team, not just an intern! Dress code was casual which was really nice!!!

Cons

Weird con, but there was not a TON of work for me to do, maybe prepare multiple projects for each intern on each team and prioritize the tasks so there is always something to do.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Spark Communications full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Amazing growth, plenty of opportunity for promotion when ready, senior leadership is sensitive to teams needs. Free breakfast on Mondays and happy hours on Fridays.

Cons

Fast growth means teams need to assist with new client on-boardings. Come in knowing we are all in it together.
