Current Employee - Business Analyst

Pros

The state has great benefits. Lots of time off and holidays. The pay is competitive but once you reach the max for your position, you no longer get pay increases besides a small cost of living... increase.

Cons

You don't really get rewarded for working hard. Everyone gets the same compensation for their position and years worked.

Pros

The director of operations and CEO are great. Lots of hours if you need to work overtime. The kids are amazing, and it's a blessing to be a part of their lives.

Cons

not great pay, but that come with the territory.
