There are so many great things about working for Bread Financial, but number one is definitely the amount of opportunities we have for growth. We have open positions accessible to us at the click of... a button and are encouraged to create a development plan to get us wherever we want to grow within the company. Our benefits are amazing. Bread Financial feels like a family, not a job. The compensation is wonderful and we get all of this while working from home. You can't beat it.
Cons
I haven't experienced anything I would consider a "con". There are hard days, just like any other job, but the support you get from your supervisors and your peers combats that.
