Current Employee - Claims Associate

I have been working at State Farm full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Excellent training, great benefits, and good opportunities for advancement

Cons

Even though the pay is decent, it is still below industry standards. Other than that, it's fine

Former Intern - Marketing Intern

I worked at Tower Group (New York) for less than a year

Pros

The team was very supportive, friendly, and easy-going! Work hours were flexible, and my manager welcomed new ideas and supported my career growth. I developed some of my strongest professional... relationships at Tower Group.

Cons

No benefits for interns. Sadly, the company was acquired after I left and most of the team has moved to new roles since.
