Former Employee - Agent Staff

I worked at State Farm full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Career opportunities with upward mobility and additional education.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to have work/life balance.

Current Employee - Phone Banker II

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

Pros

If you mess up you get coached and everyone is there to help The work environment is lively and the pay is good for what you have to do. Customer service isn't for everyone but if you don't let it... get to you its an easy and good job.

Cons

None, this place is great
