So many great people, PM's PMO managers, one of the best jobs I've ever had, I consider it a "Dream" job. Feedback when I lets was so amazing, I never knew just being who I am was so impactful, I was... told by a member of executive leadership "Matt you made a difference". This inspired me to 1st original LinkedIn post.
They won't allow me to interview and won't communicate with me, been ghosted. This seems odd!
Advice to Management
Mean what you say. Respond when previous members of your team communicate with you, be honest even if it's difficult, it's the right thing to do. Remove people you've hired who have little talent... and are not respected, you'll get way more respect yourself. Focus talent and productivity.
