I have been working at State of Nevada

Pros

Well, as a graduate student, they pay me, so that's good.

Cons

They don't pay a ton, and they have not let me contribute to retirement during the school year. So there's that.

Advice to Management

Tie graduate student stipends to the cost of living - don't raise student rent without raising their pay, especially given that we don't exactly have a choice of where to work during school. It's... just rude.
