Featured Review

Current Employee - Tech II

I have been working at State of Utah full-time for less than a year

Pros

This is the place to be if you like the "family" feel at work.

Cons

Very high turn over rate.

Former Employee - Information Analyst II

I worked at Utah Department of Technology Services full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Stable job position, paid leave and sick, health insurance. Employees are very nice to work with. The department does what it can to ensure job satisfaction. Work life balance is a huge factor to... work here.

Cons

The only downside that know of and the reason that I and others have left is that the paid tends to be lower than the private sector and advances are difficult to get.

Advice to Management

Pay and position are largely out of management's decision.
