It can all depend on your DM, but I’ve never had a bad one. They have fantastic training (although some “trainers” lack in some areas). If you know how to work your way through the system, you’ll... have no issues here. Solo I average 2800-3500 miles a week. There isn’t anyone calling you constantly as long as you do your job. Great equipment, great instructors, decent pay
Cons
The weekend and night staff are highly lacking, there have been times I’ve waited 24 hours for a check to pay for a wash, and times where I’ve been on hold for 2+ hours. They have drastically... improved since I’ve started though. Grad phase can be a little rough as your at the bottom of the barrel (load and equipment wise) but it only lasts 3 months.
