- Incredible community of like-minded people looking to genuinely help and grow one another - Amazing benefits - Great pay - Excellent perks (free lunches, lots of in office snacks, summer retreats,... Holiday gifts) - Managers who genuinely care about you - Great training and resources - Good work/life balance for EAs, generally not expected to work outside of your normal office hours and most colleagues respect that

Cons

- EA work is extremely fast-paced and the calendars are always changing, not for the faint of heart - Some coworkers (typically Consultants or Project Leaders) would tend to only have a transactional... relationship with EA's and make no effort to treat them as colleagues, but thankfully they were few and far between
