Former Employee - Executive Assistant

I worked at Structure Tone full-time for more than a year

Pros

It’s run like a big family

Cons

Not many I can think of.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Monteith Construction full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

-Great team mentality from everyone in the company. Everyone is approachable and willing to teach and learn. -Lots of growth potential for self starters - Employees are given a lot of freedom to... make the most of their position and push their career forward as fast as they want. - Truly a company that cares about their employees and it shows in the great company culture.

Cons

- Communication can improve. At times the fast paced nature of the industry leads to communication breakdowns internally.
