Leadership puts employees first and values their input. The company moves fast and is willing to make mistakes. There are plenty of opportunities to work outside of your areas of expertise if you... are willing to learn and grow. Compensation is comparable to the industry. The company is working hard to modernize and remove reminiscent red tape from old days.
Still a few feuds with a lot of ingrained red tape.

Continue moving forward with changes, removing red tape, and promoting a culture where failing fast and learning is not optional but the only way to grow.
