Featured Review

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at SumTotal full-time

Pros

I felt like the managers truly cared. It also seemed like managers work harder than their direct reports which is a rare sight. It was a place to be challenged but also grow professionally.

Cons

Pay seemed low compared to market.
