Current Employee - Information Systems Business Analyst

I have been working at SunTrust full-time for more than a year

Pros

I like the benefits, work-life balance and the co workers here at suntrust

Cons

some of the downside is how they structure their pay increases at the end of each year and what determines bonuses.

Cons

Outdated technology Old school management

Advice to Management

I know that keeping it traditional is one thing BB&T strives on and is why they are successful but keeping up to date with modern technology is not always a bad thing. Our jobs would be a lot... easier if we were updated just a tad bit on the teller side.
