Culture, diversity, rapidly expanding organization with opportunities for advancement and new roles in the pipeline, catching up rapidly to ensure best competitive pay for all skilled roles - keeping... those key team members on board.
Less organized HR Department, a bit culturally divided amongst its geographical divisions, and a lot of work to be done - so the hours can be long (both a pro and a con, as the job security in... skilled roles is terrific).
Advice to Management
Get a hold on the turnover at the Director, VP, and CxO levels. We lose far too much momentum in our high-visibility projects when we lose key decision makers so often; especially at the VP levels.
