Featured Review

Current Employee - Vice President P&C Analytics

I have been working at Swiss Re full-time for more than a year

Pros

This is the best company I've worked at so far. Young people. Fresh outlook. Eager to learn and adopt new technologies. Great management. Beautiful offices all over the world. I've only been around... for a year and I've learned so much.

Cons

Some nepotism. Zurich gate keepers.

Advice to Management

Make sure the small pockets of incompetence don't infect the rest of the company. Allow the Americas some independence-- centralizing everything in Zurich isn't sustainable.
