Get to help kids and see how the grow academically.

Cons

The work is sometimes heavy during summer time or any time students are on school break. You're responsible for all clients after they enroll, Center Director just enrolls families and doesn't handle... them after they start. Work/life balance can be off. Do not recommend for those who have small kids or starting a family. Work days are long and mandatory weekends.
