Focused IT Leadership that has matured and continues to improve IT Service Management to well above standard levels. Collaborative work environment with continuous feedback. Flexible work/life balance with above average time off.

No free parking, but a small price to pay.

PSE is a fantastic place to work and a company you can be proud of with a strong ethics and safety culture, and good benefits, work life flexibility and employee appreciation. Most of all, it is the... people that make it great with managers who support growth and development within the workplace as well as supportive, friendly coworkers making it feel like a second family.

Cons

Headquartered in Bellevue where commute/construction can be a little rough right now.
