Current Employee - Mobile Expert

I have been working at T-Mobile part-time for more than 5 years

Pros

You can make full-time money with part-time hours

Cons

Sales metrics and expectations are always changing. Most managers micromanage every interaction you have with a customer.

Current Employee - Employment Coordinator II

I have been working at DialAmerica full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

I've learned a lot. Great environment. The staff really cares. It's climate controlled. The managers aren't afraid to jump on the phone if need be.

Cons

$9/hr doesn't pay alot of bills

Advice to Management

Raise the pay, not just for agents but staff too.
