Pros

Great benefits and career opportunities! Great culture overall. Performers are always recognized and rewarded. Proud of all the great work Mike Sievert and his leadership team is doing to make... T-Mobile more diverse and inclusive.

Cons

Work life balance is 0 for certain teams! Some of the Legacy Sprint teams are not properly staffed and senior leadership is not doing anything to address the lack of headcount/resources on their... teams.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees who feel overworked and are doing the work for 5-6 people on their own. They need help and they can't be expected to function like a robot, with endless work-hours and Emails... to respond!
