I have been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

They care about employees, benefits are awesome. Lots of community involvement and they mostly promote from within. The will pay 100 percent tuition for college up to a masters degree.

Cons

Having to be yelled at by horrible customers on a daily basis.
