Pros

Well it sounds like to me that this job would give me plenty of hours when I'm at home I've got four grand babies 11 but there's four of them

Cons

At the moment I have no transportation I'm relying on my daughter in law in the bus. Sometimes tank bus does not run the hours of employment that are needed

Pros

Great company with amazing skills set unique to its target market of Oracle OSS/BSS implementation and other consultation services.

Cons

Immigration restrictions made bringing highly skilled and much needed solution architects into the US. The lack of resource for face to face consultation made it difficult to move sales campaigns... forward.

Advice to Management

Take advantage of recent changes in US immigration laws with H-1B Visas program by hiring local us based talent in lieu of foreign talent.
