Featured Review

Current Employee - Data Analyst

I have been working at TDS Telecommunications full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great work/life balance, fair compensation, most managers have open door policies, value their top workplace awards and work hard to earn them, allow employees to work from home for emergencies, or... weather issues.

Cons

Can't really think of anything.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. This is truly a wonderful place to work.

Current Employee - Customer Service Supervisor

I have been working at WPS Health Solutions full-time for more than a year

Pros

Advancement opportunities are great, the company encourages you to move up and gain additional skills. The pay is competitive and sometimes better comparitively to similar positions in the area.... Benefits kick in day one and aren't bad -- 401K (with matching), health, vision, dental, paid holidays, double time on Sundays, triple time on holidays if you choose to work. Work/life balance is great. Management actually listens and forms great work relationships. Overall great place.

Cons

The system could use some polishing. It has issues, but nothing that can't be fixed. Communication could always improve, but it's not the end of the world. Simple things.

Advice to Management

Keep on keepin' on. The openness that has come of the recent Town Halls has been great. Please continue that -- it keeps morale up! Access to more incentives for staff would be great.
