I have been working at TIBCO Software full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
* They are poised for success and continue to diversify their revenue streams * There is an increased focus on business intelligence and using data to make decisions instead of gut * Increasing... focus on collaboration across and among the functional units at the business * The culture continues to be a strong point - flexibility is key and the friendliness of colleagues is amazing! There also is an added focus on diversity across the organization which is needed. * Despite the private equity ownership, the executives continue to inject their own creativity and strategy into the next few years. Its notable and appreciated.
Cons
* This most recent year was a down year for bonuses and increases. While I do believe that is limited to this year, it is a downer. * Private equity ownership - despite the executives best work -... still looms large over the certainty that individual employees feel. * There is still somewhat of a 'new' versus 'old' philosophy in terms of employees and practices.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing and focus on collaboration and being increasingly data driven.

Pros
Great working environment where people mean serious business. All employees are very cooperative and skilled, which helps an employee to grow. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend who... wants a defined growth in his/her career.
Cons
Frankly speaking, I don't find any downside working here.
Advice to Management
Already doing a good job and expect to keep maintaining that. Just try to look into the employee policies.
