What Employees Say
I have been working at TOMS full-time for more than a year
When the common denominator is the mission of improving lives, it creates an environment of incredible humans who truly care about making a difference. We work in a beautifully designed office,... with natural lighting, a coffee bar and all kinds of dogs roaming the office. It's a well-known brand all over the world, but it's really just a few hundred people navigating swiftly and with flexibility across areas of business/social impact that have never been done before. It's exciting, it's fulfilling and it's a place I love coming to every day. The leadership team are down to earth people whom you can chat up in the coffee bar line or join them for the work out classes offered. A place where everyone can feel heard and appreciated.
While TOMS is a great place for me, it may not be for everyone. The challenges can surface when people are coming from overly structured environments and do not like to embrace change. We're... supporting different causes for a better tomorrow, so projects and priorities are always shifting. Communication across departments could be better but all teams are putting in the effort to move the business forward. Our culture and our values are important to us, so it is geared for the individual who lifts others up, wants to leverage each other's strengths and celebrate in all our successes.
