Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at TSA (Transportation Security Administration) part-time for less than a year

Pros

Health Insurance included while working part-time.

Cons

Everything else especially the work culture.

Advice to Management

Not even to management but whoever actually is sitting on the chair that makes every insane with no logical reason rule. Do better. Treat your employees like humans with lives. Trust your employees... don’t parent them to death. Don’t make everything a bid. Gotta bid for vacation, gotta bit for a good schedule. Gotta bid for a non-toxic well led terminal. Gotta ask to use the restroom. It’s like being in middle school. TSA should be awarded the worst place to work at if it hasn’t been already.
