Their work culture is amazing! People are super kind, supportive, and friendly. Working at Microsoft was one of the greatest things that happened to me but unfortunately I as well, like many others,... was impacted by the recession and lay offs. Benefits are great, diversity and inclusion, growth, and learnings are for sure their biggest priority. While working at Microsoft, you’ll get lots of opportunities.

Higher-up leadership members may happen to not be on the same page which causes a lot of confusion and waste of time.
