Great team, culture, pay, perks, development opportunities

Cons

Work/Life is good but limited holidays though we do have unlimited PTO.. we work hard and are given the comfort to disconnect but with the steep growth we're experiencing its like working for a start... up under a large company umbrella.. no rest for the weary..

Pros

I have enjoyed learning more about what we do. The team of individuals they have assembled is great to work with. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I took a chance leaving a job I had for 11... years and I have no regrets. I like being in control of my hours and the flexibility to take care of my family.

Cons

I really have no cons.
