Featured Review

Current Employee - Service Champion/Cashier

I have been working at Taco Bell full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great people, flexible hours and plenty of opportunities to move up within the company.

Cons

No bonus opportunities for crew members

Advice to Management

Hire more qualified assistant managers/shift leads to provide a more professional work place.

Former Employee - Cashier

I worked at Arby's part-time for less than a year

Pros

Arby's was a place that really helped integrate their employees into the work life. It was my first job, and my boss made sure I knew the ups and downs of working there without making it overwhelming.... I got to know many people and enjoyed my work.

Cons

I loved the job! It was just time for me to move on. There aren't many cons, just that I wish I was able to connect with costumers more.

Advice to Management

My manager always connected with his employees and made us all comfortable in the work place
