I have been working at Talend full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I've been working at Talend for 3+ years and it's been excellent - I have supportive managers/teammates, friendly relationships with other departments and lots of opportunity to grow. Management... cares a lot about employee satisfaction, and I've seen them really up the effort this year in light of COVID-19. Management change at the C-level has been really smooth as well, and I'm excited to see where the company goes from here!

Cons

Processes and systems need improvement - lot's of areas that are still quite manual/unrefined for a data company

Advice to Management

Continue to focus on employee satisfaction and growth opportunities. Thanks for all your hard work!

I have been working at PresenceLearning full-time for less than a year

Pros

PresenceLearning is a very supportive, fun place to work. They are understanding about keeping up strong mental health and with family/personal matters, especially during this time. People are... collaborative and friendly to work with and very communicative. Everyone here has a different background and many of the employees are former teachers, so they truly appreciate the company's mission. The HR team offers a comprehensive onboarding program, which is not something you always find at a new job. Overall, a very positive place to work.

Cons

Sometimes you have to work long hours, but this is par for the course as part of a lean team. The company is good about flexible schedules and there is, of course, unlimited PTO so you don't feel... like you can never get a break.
